Description:
Twined Knitting, a Scandinavian technique dating back to the early 17th century uses two strands of yarn, alternating and twisting between each stitch. The resulting fabric is much firmer than regular stockinette or stranded knitting and creates a warm, dense and wind-resistant fabric.
In class you will learn the basic technique and make a pulse warmer/wrister.
Class Supplies: 50 grams each of two contrasting colors of worsted weight yarn, one dark, one light.
One set of US 8 DPNs.
